- He is a partner of Marshall, Burghardt, Mieske, and Harp Law Firm in Chico. Robert earned his A. A. from Butte College and his B.S. from Berkeley. He went on to get his J/D from Santa Clara University and L.L.M from New York University.
- W. Howard Isom

- Vice Chairman of the Board, Golden Valley Bank
- Howard is a C.P.A, and in 1962 he co-founded the accounting firm of Matson & Isom Accountancy Corporation in Chico, CA. In addition to his accounting profession, he is also a local-area almond grower and a retired Director and Chairman of the Board of Blue Diamond Growers as of November 2006. Howard was a former Board Director for Co-Bank in Denver, Colorado from 1999 until 2004 and North State National Bank in Chico from 1995 until 2003. Howard earned his A.A. from Shasta College in Redding, CA and his B.S. from Chico State.

- Since 1996, Don has served as the Controller of North State Radiology Medical Group in Chico, CA. Prior to joining North State Radiology, he was Chief Financial Officer of Health Business Development Associates in Emeryville, CA. Don has earned his A. A. from College of the Sequoias, Visalia, California and his B. S. degree from University of California, Los Angeles.

- Mark is the President and CEO of Golden Valley Bank. From 2004-2005 he was the Executive Vice President and Director of Commercial Banking at Umpqua Bank. From 2002-2004, he served as Executive Vice President and Director of Commercial Banking of Humboldt Bank. Prior, from 2001-2002, Mark was the President and Director and Senior Lender of Tehama Bank. Mark has earned a B.S. in Business Administration (Financing) at Chico State and graduated with honors from the Pacific Coast Banking School at University of Washington.

- Scott is a licensed Real Estate Broker, an approved Chapter 11 Trustee and CEO, and owner of RSC Associates, Inc., a property management firm in Chico since 1981. He received his A.A. from Napa Junior College and a B.S. and M.B.A. from California State University of Chico.

- Marilyn is a shareholder of the Matson & Isom Accountancy Corp. where she has been employed since 1981. She has CPA licenses in the states of California and Nevada. Marilyn earned her B.S. in Accounting from California State University of Chico.

- In 1980, Ken founded the Sierra Nevada Brewing Company. It has grown to become the 9th largest brewery in the United States. Ken attended both Butte College and Chico State.

- In 1980, Doug founded his real estate development company, Guillon Inc. He is a founder of the Chico Economic Planning Corp. Doug has earned his A.A. from the College of Marin and a B.A and Teaching Credential from California State University of Chico.
- Gary Katz

- Gary is the President of Sierra Radio, Inc., which the owner-operator of two radio stations in Northern California. Prior, Gary owned and operated a local 8-station radio broadcasting company that served the Yuba city-Chico-Redding areas of Northern California. He went to become a founding member and board director for Tehama Bank in 1984 and continued to serve as a board director for Humboldt Bancorp and Humboldt Bank, subsequent to the Humboldt’s acquisition of Tehama in 2001. Gary earned his Bachelors Degree in Journalism from the University of Missouri and his M.S. from the University of Illinois.

- Syl has been an owner of Collier Hardware since 1973. From 1986-2004 he served as a director of North State National Bank, where he was Chairman of the Loan Committee. Syl earned his B.S. degree from California State University of Chico.

- Audrey has been associated with the agricultural industry for 40 years. She is currently farming in the Lance and Audrey Tennis farming partnership. She has served as commissioner, vice-chair person and chair person of the California Water Commission from 1986-1999, as an appointee under Governors Dukmejian and Wilson. As well, Audrey was the founding President of the Northern California Chapter of California Women for Agriculture, an advocacy group for agricultural issue to government agencies and media. She earned her A. A. from Imperial Valley College and her B. A. from Chico State.

- Don has lived and worked in the Greater Chico area for the past 22 years. He is a retired banker and worked for Bank of America from 1965-2000. From 2001-2002, Don served as a board director and member of the loan Committee for Tehama Bank. He has earned his A. A. from American River College in Sacramento and his graduate degree from Southwest Graduate School of Banking at Southern Methodist University in Dallas, TX.
